Sean Caputo is chairman and CEO of Smart Engagement Inc. Sean created and patent pended the big data cloud application Customer Engagement Management System to give businesses the tools to manage their own customers and engage them in real time, deliver consumer insight, analytics, competitor insight and putting customer privacy at the forefront. Throughout his career, Sean has been creating information technology to enhance business expertise and customer experience. He is committed to developing innovative technologies that increase consumer awareness and privacy, business intelligence, sustainability and society. Prior to Smart Engagement, Sean was the founder and president of a global marketing company that consisted of a media company, multiple international call centers, affiliate and ad network.
Sean developed ad network software, Core-G co-registration software, education portals to deliver improved results of lead generation. In his previous positions, he developed certification programs for webmaster and chief information officer taught at select universities. He increased sales and lowered customer acquisition by creating customized CRM technologies.
Renato is a senior international marketing and new business development executive, with more than 27 years of experience on branding and digital engagement solutions for the retail, services, sports and entertainment industries. He has held top management positions at LG Electronics, Exxon/Mobil, Suzuki Motor Corporation, AIG and Informa Group. Responsible for launching LG Electronics’ regional corporate brand, sponsorship and activation programs in South America; at Suzuki has launched the Grand Vitara and Jimny models in the region, Auto Show events planning and organization achieving US$ 40M brand exposure through PR and special programs.

Prior to NBC Sports Ventures, Jim Prendergast was Director of Sales & Business Development at NFuse Marketing. He was responsible for all advertising and sponsorship sales for the BIG EAST Conference. He managed all planning and development of the BIG EAST Tournament at Madison Square Garden as BIG EAST Conference General Manager for IMG. Jatinder grew up in England and holds a double major in mathematics & computer science and a masters in operations research from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland.

Mark Pinheiro has over 20 years of experience with startup companies, having founded three and directly participating in the structuring of 5 other in multiple fields, including technology, mining and services. One of them being a Brazilian software company at the Austin Technology Incubator in Austin, TX, where he lived for four years.
Mark has also worked for a venture capital fund in Buenos Aires, where he lived for two years. With an M.S. in Technology Transfer and Commercialization at the University of Texas, Mark has an extensive international experience having developed strategic partnerships with companies in multiple countries.
For the last four years, through his sports marketing agency, Mark has worked with Brazilian football clubs to structure, manage and operate membership programs , product licensing and other revenue generating services.
He was also responsible to bring the Wembley Stadium Consultancy representation to Brazil and has recently been appointed Venue Manager for Curitiba, a Local Organizing Committee position, being responsible for delivering the FIFA World Cup 2014 at a host city level.
